We use the information you provide when placing an order to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
We use return your email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses from your correspondence are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
We use your personal information to process your order only. We will not sell or share any information you provide us.
Shipping
At this time we only ship withing the contiguous United States. There is no guarantee to the time of shipment but we ask for 3-5 weeks. There is a handeling fee of $2.00 applied to every order. Shipping charges are:

Return/Cancellation Policy
Orders must be cancelled within 2 business days after the order is placed. If an order is cancelled after 2 days but before the item is shipped a partial refund will be issued.
Purchases may be returned within 30 days of the date you received the order, unused, and in original condition and packaging, A partial refund, minus shipping charges and a restocking fee, will be issued. You must provide your order number for a return.
Custom orders are non-rufundable
Materials
We make no promises as to the species used. All outdoor furniture is pressure treated. Due to the nature of wood, outdoor products may have color variations, inherent flaws, or any other naturally occuring defect that is beyond the control of Woodstar Furniture. This warranty is valid only if the product is used for the purpose for which it was designed and installed at a residential, single-family dwelling. This warranty is void if the product is put to commercial or institutional use. This warranty does not cover (a) products which have been damaged by acts of God, negligence, misuse, or accident, or which have been modified or repaired by unauthorized persons; (b) the cost of labor; or (c) the cost of shipping the product, any part, or any replacement product or part.
Liability Waiver
Woodstar Furniture is not liable for property damage, personal injury, or damage due to negligence.
