Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Please allow 3-5 weeks as we make everything from scratch, no kits here. We work hard to manufacture and dispatch all orders in a timely fashion therefore ensuring you recieve your order as soon as possible. We however have no control over the delivery service.
Q: Is my product protected from water drips?
A: All indoor furniture is sealed with a protectant to repel water. It also offers superior protection against normal wear from stepping on it.
Q: Is the outdoor furniture protected?
A: Our outdoor furniture is made from pressure treated wood. It protects against rot and termites.
Q: Why did my outdoor furniture fade? A: All wood left outside will fade due to the sun. It is recommended that you let it weather for at least one year before staining if you decide to stain it.
